Why haven't I received any deal alerts?
Alerts go out at most once a day, between 11 AM and 8 PM New York time, and only when new deals added today match your categories and alert discount. Check that notifications are on under Account → Notification status, and that your phone allows notifications for your browser or the installed app.
How do I install the app?
You can add a home-screen shortcut: on Android open your browser menu, on iPhone tap Share and then “Add to Home Screen”. A connection is still needed to load deals.
What is the difference between My Deals and Watchlist?
My Deals is built automatically from the interests you pick. Watchlist only contains products you saved yourself with the heart button.
Are the prices up to date?
Prices and availability come from Amazon and can change at any time. Always check the final price on Amazon before buying.
