Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies when you use the Limited Time Super Deals website and app. Limited Time Super Deals helps people discover deals, build a personalized deal feed, save products, and choose deal alerts.

2. Information we collect and use

Account and sign-in information

You may browse public deals without signing in. If you sign in with Google, we receive only the basic identity information Google makes available for sign-in: your name, email address, and profile picture. We use this information to create and secure your account, recognize you, and provide account features. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or other Google services.

We do not use information received from Google for advertising or for purposes unrelated to operating your Limited Time Super Deals account.

Preferences and saved products

Depending on how you use the app, we may store:

• your onboarding status and account preferences;
• chosen deal categories, deal types, and minimum-savings settings;
• products you add to your Watchlist;
• alert preferences; and
• notification history where that feature is available.

We use this information to provide My Deals, your Watchlist, account settings, and the alerts you choose.

Push notifications

If you choose to enable push notifications, OneSignal provides the push-notification service. Limited Time Super Deals and OneSignal may process a device or subscription identifier, notification permission state, and related technical information needed to register your browser or device and deliver notifications. We associate a subscription with your signed-in account so your alert choices can be applied.

Push is optional. You can change your alert preferences in the app and disable push in your browser or device settings. Delivery can also depend on your browser, device, and operating system.

Browser storage

The app uses browser storage and similar technologies to keep guest preference drafts, session and authentication state, migration or status markers, app settings, and a random per-visit session identifier and the first campaign/referral tags used for usage measurement. The OneSignal software may also use browser storage needed to manage a push subscription. This information helps the app remember your choices, keep you signed in, and avoid repeating completed setup steps.

Usage and diagnostic information

To operate and improve the service, Limited Time Super Deals collects basic usage and diagnostic information through its own systems, such as which pages and features are used (for example, opening a category, starting a search, saving a product, or following a deal link), campaign or referral tags from the link that brought you to the app, the website you came from (domain only), a general device and browser category, and performance and error diagnostics. This information is linked to a random session identifier stored in your browser for the current visit and, when you are signed in, to your account identifier. We do not record what you type into search.

We do not use your Google sign-in information for analytics-based advertising or profiling. Usage events are generally kept for up to 90 days and error diagnostics for up to 30 days.

Deal content

Public deal content shown in the app is supplied by the Limited Time Super Deals website and backend feed. Deal information may include product details, prices, availability, images, and links supplied for public display.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

On limitedtimesuperdeals.app we use the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram), to measure how well our ads work and to help Meta show our ads to people likely to find the app useful. The pixel uses cookies and similar browser and device identifiers, and Meta also receives standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the page address.

We tell Meta when these things happen in the app:

• a page is viewed;
• onboarding starts or is completed;
• a new account is created (not ordinary sign-ins);
• a deal is opened, or a deal link to Amazon is followed;
• a product is saved to your Watchlist;
• a search is run (we never send what you typed);
• category preferences are saved;
• the app install prompt is accepted or the app is installed; and
• push notifications or deal emails are turned on.

These events may include a product or deal identifier, category, price, and discount. We do not send your name, email address, search text, or anything you type. Meta processes this information under its own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information for money; sharing for targeted advertising may be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under some U.S. state laws, and you can opt out below.

Opting out of advertising data sharing

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out and the Meta Pixel does not load. You can also opt out on this browser here or in Account:

3. Affiliate links and other websites

Some links are Amazon affiliate links. If you follow one and make a qualifying purchase, Limited Time Super Deals may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Once you leave Limited Time Super Deals, Amazon, a seller, or another destination may use tracking technologies or cookies and process information under its own privacy policy. We do not control those third-party privacy practices.

4. How we share information

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate, secure, and support the app. These providers include services used for account authentication and hosting, OneSignal for push notifications, and Meta for advertising measurement as described above. They process information for the services they provide to us and may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a transfer of the service. We do not sell your personal information. Advertisers, affiliate destinations, and sellers have their own privacy practices after you click through to them.

5. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect account information and limit access to it. No website, app, or method of transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

6. Data retention

We retain account information for as long as it is needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the app. Retention can vary by the type of information. Browser-stored information may remain until you clear it, the app removes it, or your browser removes it. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.

7. Your choices and requests

You can:

• sign out of your account;
• change your deal, category, savings, and alert preferences;
• remove products from your Watchlist;
• disable push notifications in app, browser, or device settings;
• opt out of advertising data sharing using the switch above, in Account, or with Global Privacy Control; and
• request access to or deletion of your account information.

To make a privacy request, email support@limitedtimesuperdeals.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to your account before completing it.

8. Children's privacy

Limited Time Super Deals is a general consumer deals service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

9. Processing locations

Limited Time Super Deals and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Privacy laws in those places may differ from the laws where you live.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the app or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice when appropriate.
