Terms of Use

1. Eligibility and your responsibility

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement where you live to use account features. If you use Limited Time Super Deals for someone else or an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for them. You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for reviewing product and purchase details before buying.

2. Accounts and sign-in

Public deals can be browsed without an account. Some features, including My Deals, Watchlist syncing, and account-based alerts, require sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Google or email account you use to sign in and for activity under your Limited Time Super Deals account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account is being used without permission.

3. Deal information changes quickly

Prices, discounts, inventory, shipping terms, seller information, and deal availability can change at any time. Limited Time Super Deals does not guarantee that every deal is accurate, complete, or still available when you view or follow it. Always confirm the final price, seller, product, shipping, return terms, and availability on the destination website before purchasing.

4. Purchases and third-party sellers

Limited Time Super Deals does not sell the products shown in the app. Purchases are made from Amazon or another third-party seller and are governed by that destination's terms and policies. Limited Time Super Deals is not responsible for payment processing, fulfillment, product quality, warranties, returns, refunds, shipping, inventory, or seller conduct. Questions about a purchase should be directed to the seller or marketplace.

5. Affiliate relationship

Limited Time Super Deals participates in affiliate programs. Links to Amazon or other destinations may be affiliate links. If you make a qualifying purchase through one of these links, Limited Time Super Deals may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This relationship does not change the price you pay through our link.

6. My Deals, Watchlist, and notifications

My Deals and Watchlist are convenience features. A recommendation, saved product, or alert is not a reservation, purchase offer, or guarantee of price or availability. Push notifications are informational and may be delayed, duplicated, interrupted, or unavailable because of browser, device, network, provider, or service conditions. You should not rely on an alert as the only way to learn that a deal has changed or ended.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app unlawfully, fraudulently, or to harm others;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
• interfere with, overload, disrupt, or bypass security for the app;
• introduce malware or automated traffic that harms the service;
• scrape, copy, or systematically extract the app or its content without permission; or
• reverse engineer or attempt to discover source code except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

8. Intellectual property

The Limited Time Super Deals name, branding, app design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names, images, trademarks, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. These Terms give you permission to use the app for personal, non-commercial deal discovery; they do not transfer ownership of the app or its content to you.

9. Third-party links and services

The app links to and relies on third-party services, including Google sign-in, OneSignal push notifications, Amazon, and third-party sellers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Limited Time Super Deals does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, security, or privacy practices.

10. Service availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the app useful and available, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make warranties that the app, deal information, links, recommendations, alerts, or saved data will always be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or warranties that cannot legally be limited.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Limited Time Super Deals is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, reliance on deal information or alerts, inability to access the service, or dealings with a third party. Limited Time Super Deals remains responsible where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited. Your consumer rights, if any, are not affected.

12. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to unlawful or abusive conduct, comply with legal obligations, or discontinue the service. Where practical, we will take the circumstances and seriousness of the issue into account.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms here and update the “Last updated” date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when appropriate. Continuing to use the app after updated Terms take effect means the updated Terms apply to your continued use.
